N SHRIRAM: OK, even I get bored reading the below, but that's what I wrote. I was a PGDM (Post Graduate Diploma in Management) student at the Indian Institute of Management Calcutta, at Kolkata, of the 2013 batch. I had previously attended lectures and laboratory sessions, written exams, made presentations and submitted reports at a National Institute of Technology, in the field of Production Engineering. Four years of such activities culminated in award of a Bachelor's degree certificate in that discipline. More importantly, it helped me pursue simultaneously my interests(biking, reading and working out) and aspirations (crack the CAT, get a management job and be an important and knowledgeable guy). While an undergraduate, I made several accomplishments: (1) was the guy with the most strenuous and hectic work out regimen (2) was the biker day-scholar who lives farthest from the college and(3) scored the highest percentile score among insti-mates in the IIM-CAT. The kindness of the professors in my IIM Calcutta interview panel led to my landing up at IIM Calcutta in June 2011, where I narrowed my areas of academic interest to Finance, Economics and Business Strategy.
